City Secretary

 The current City Secretary is Ms. Pat Bradley.

The City Secretary is appointed directly by and reports to the City Council. This office is responsible for keeping all City records and for responses to Public Information Requests. She attends all meetings of the City Council and prepares the minutes for those meetings. In addition, she has been assigned the additional responsibility, by the City Manager, for personnel administration until the City finds it possible to employ a Personnel Director. She has the additional duties of information and mail distribution, is the keeper of the City Seal, maintains and updates the “Code of Ordinances,” administers Municipal Elections, and is responsible for records retention.
